When installing a Gladore water cleaning device, we suggest you use professional installers who have knowledge of water and electricity in order to avoid damage and injury. If you want to do by yourself, you must consult the installation book, prepare the installation tools, and proceed exactly according to provided steps. If you come across any problems, please contact our after-sales department or local Gladore agent.
In order to insure safe usage and guarantee purified water, our engineers strongly suggest you debug the machine after installation and before usage. Please refer to the following debugging points:
- Open plating ball valve and plastic ball valve, close back flush valve, insert transformerplug.
- Press back flush ball valve at the time the machine begins to produce purified water in order to see whether waste water ejecting out of the machine. If it is, the machine is working properly
- Debug automatic startup and stop: close the water-stored pressure barrel ball valve. The high pressure pump will stop working. Open the water faucet and the high pressure pump will operate by itself. Repeat debugging. After the machine comes back into gear, open the water-stored pressure barrel ball valve.
- Debugging the low pressure switch: close plating ball valve; set the state of lack water. The work of the low pressure switch will cease. The work of the high pressure pump will continue automatically. After it comes into gear, open the ball valve.
- Check if the waste water is in normal condition and whether there is leakage in the linking parts and pipes. Afterwards, stop the high pressure pump and stop using water.Check if there is waste water coming out. If this happens, you need to change theelectromagnetic valve or check valve.
- Checking the water quality and postposition active carbon: After finishing installation and debugging, let the machine operate for one to two buckets of water, let the postposition active carbon dissolve in the water and flow out with it.
- After the installation and debugging, the water purifier can be put into normal use. The whole system of Gladore F-series water purifiers is automatically controlled. If there is no water supply, the system will automatically stop. If the water tank is full of pure water, the system will automatically stop. Now, you can freely enjoy pure water.
